My Cameras
I started my interest in photography like most people at an early age. My first camera was a Yashica AF-J and was a Christmas present from my Grandparents when I was around 10.

This was a great little compact 35mm and pretty much went everywhere with me and I still have it today, not that it's seen a roll of fill for a good few years which is a shame.
Along with this camera I would occasionally be allowed to take a photo or two with my mothers Leica (need to find out model no) and needless to say this was a superb camera.
When I was around 16-17 the same Grandparents that bought me the AF-J got me a Canon AE-1 with a couple of lenses. This is really where the love of photography took off as it allowed me more control of the shots.

This I used until around 2003 when I (rather regrettably now) traded it in for my first digital camera: a Fuji FinePix 4900.

This once again pushed the interest up again as it meant I could take as many pictures as I liked (well as many as the memory card could hold).
Progressing on from that I then had a Fuji FinePix S9600 which was as close to a DSLR as I could afford at the time. This had a lot of use and well over 10,000 photos where taken. Towards the end of my time with this camera I inherited a Pentax SFX 35mm SLR and this prompted me to move to a DSLR and I purchased a Pentax K20D.
I have the following lenses for this: Pentax 18-55mm kit
lens, Tamron 80-210mm and a Sigma 24-70mm.
I also have a battery grip, Pentax AF500 FTZ flash and an iShoot wireless
flash trigger.
Just picked up a Minolta Dynax 5 for free and a Pentax MZ-60
and always on the look out for more
Pentax items.
